I am so very glad you are here! I’ve been searching endlessly for you….both physically, mentally and spiritually. It has been so long and it will be ok. I’ll have to get to know you again and you’ll have to get to know me too. We both evolve through adversity. There are only 2 paths when faced with adversity.. ….victimhood or pure strength to seek perspective and gain strength you never knew you had. We are strong.
There is no gym or fitness regimen that can produce the strength of heart and spirit that adversity can bring, when you take the right path.
I would not wish this kind of adversity on anyone. Here we are, we cannot change the past, only learn and grow from it. I love you unconditionally. Truly unconditionally…..free from condition. I send you unconditional love throughout every day and I’ve hoped that you have felt this in your heart. My door is and will always be open for you no matter what the circumstance is.
