I just completed the initial setup which takes you through a flurry of different exercises to set the lift weight for each type of lift or strength train. It uses AI to adjust the weight during workouts and uses your lift history and success/failure to adjust the weight during training. It has a huge number of trainers to choose from for everything from yoga, to lean work to strength training and HIIT etc. I still have the iMax trainer which I use but I wanted the Tonal to replace my dumbbell work. It’s pretty cool, now I just need to get into a good routine.

I hope you had a fun New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Mine was low-key. I saw a movie and did a lot of cooking. I rolled grape leaves and made some yummy pasta with a tomato basil sauce. Vinnie got some new toys and he is infatuated with his new orange fox. He is relentless! Thankfully it has a little squeaker in it. He is so funny. He pounces on it then brings it to me and taunts me to grab it from him and shakes his head as he backs up, always wanting me to run after him, which I did a lot of!

I guess I skipped right over Christmas. We had fun at the cousins. We had a massive indoor snowball fight. Niko and Uncle Rob ambushed me as Lumen kept me ripe with ammo. I nailed Caroline and we were laughing so hard. Lumen is a cutie- she was my little buddy during our snowball war. I think she is about 6 years old now. I am ready for the snow we are supposed to get this weekend! I hope its a biggie! Remember that ice storm we had and we drove the Mule through the trail and all those icicles came raining down on you, Caroline & I. That was funny and wild.
